GCCF Judge Show Critiques Sandra Woodley
Burmese Cat Club
24/06/08
Judge Sandra Woodley
Congratulations to Steve and Tommy on another excellent Burmese Cat Club Show and my thanks for the invitation to judge at the premier class show, their hospitality and my chocolates! I had some lovely cats so thank you to all the exhibitors for a quality entry. Lastly my gratitude to my steward Sarah Sellman who handled the cats with her usual care and good humour and to Margaret Dewhurst who joined us on the day to see how stewarding worked – she was a very fast learner and handled the cats with care. Hope we can work together again soon.

1 Matthews KATCHYN COCOMARA (27b) 07/02/08 F
Well grown elegant baby girl, feeling firm and muscular with a straight back and rounded chest and of good weight for her 21 weeks, proportionate limbs and neat oval paws. Her tail is of medium thickness at the base and tapers to a rounded tip and balances her body but has a small pip at the very end (as confirmed by the duty vet). Short broad wedge tapers to a blunt muzzle with a level bite. Gentle rounding to top of head but with good width between her medium well shaped ears, which are wide at the base with rounded tips and are set with a slight forward tilt. Her eyes are yellow chartreuse and of the desired shape with the topline sloping towards her nose and a fuller more rounded bottom lid and are set wide apart. In profile would prefer a deeper head but she has a rounded brow with a distinct nose break but the nose has a small bump, good depth to chin which is level. Her coat is short glossy and close lying and of a pleasing warm darker chocolate showing very little contrast . A dear little soul with a lovely temperament.
